Shipping Policy

At Pacto, we aim to deliver your order quickly and seamlessly so you can stay in motion.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 4–6 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout)
  • International: 5–10 business days depending on destination

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Pacto is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
